At Crafium, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed.

Refund Eligibility: We are happy to issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Support: Item support was promised but not provided.
  • Un-downloaded Items: The item has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • Security Issues: The item contains a verified security vulnerability.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the item after downloading it, or you purchased it by mistake.
  • Subjective Expectations: The item is functioning as described, but did not meet your specific expectations or quality standards. (We strongly recommend reviewing the live demo before purchasing).
  • Skill Gap: You lack the sufficient technical expertise required to use the item.
  • Insufficient Evidence: You are unable to provide sufficient details or proof to support your refund claim.
  • Trials & Renewals: Free trial accounts and subscription renewals are strictly non-refundable.

Please keep in mind:

  • 14-Day Window: We cannot process refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Item Usage: If a refund is issued, you are no longer the owner of the license and must stop using the product immediately.
  • Approval: We review every request individually and reserve the right to reject claims that don’t meet our refund criteria.
